UNVRZ uses social media and messaging services for communication purposes, and in particular to raise awareness of NFTs and art culture as well as to gather contributions and comments, queries and suggestions.

Any other social media or messaging profiles that purport to be from UNVRZ are not handled by UNVRZ or are traced back to it.
Users on UNVRZ’s social channels are expected to follow a few, simple key rules:

Express their views politely, precisely, respectfully, and by using appropriate language. No abuse, profanities, threats or violent or defaming attitudes or behaviour will be tolerated. Everyone shall be liable, also under the law, for the contents they post and the opinions they provide.

When presenting data, news or opinions on specific issues or facts, users have to provide substantiated rather than vague arguments and quote reliable, verifiable sources.
Public contents shall always respect an individual’s private sphere. Please refrain from mentioning facts or details that are of no public interest and may affect a third party’s personal sphere.
Ads, spam, and promoting private interests as well as lawful or unlawful activities are not permitted.

Contents in breach of copyright and the unauthorised use of registered trademarks are not permitted.

Whenever possible, all posts, comments and audio/video materials will be removed by the staff if:

• They include inappropriate language and/or are framed in a threatening, violent, vulgar or abusive manner;
• They include contents that are illicit or incite to the commission of illicit activities;
• They are intended to promote products or services;
• They disclose, directly or indirectly, personal data and information such as names, email accounts, phone numbers, Tax IDs, bank account information, addresses, registration numbers for documents or case files, videos or pictures of identifiable individuals, etc., or else data and information that may in any way cause harm to or undermine the privacy or reputation of the data subjects;
• They report, directly or indirectly, information relating to children;
  They include discriminatory contents in terms of gender, race, ethnicity, language, religious beliefs, political opinions, sexual orientation, age, personal and social conditions, health;
• They are intended as spam;
• They foster or support lawful or illicit activities that are in breach of copyright or use registered trademarks inappropriately;
• They are in general inconsistent with the purposes of UNVRZ’s official communications and the contents of its social profiles (off-topic rule).
• In case any of the above rules is not complied with, UNVRZ reserves the right to ban or block the contents in question (if feasible, after an initial warning) and to report the user to the platform operators and the competent authorities in the most serious cases – e.g., if illicit activities are promoted or supported, or any type of offence is committed or harm is caused to third parties.

Followers of UNVRZ’s social media channels are not automatically followed.
Users’ personal data are processed in accordance with the policies available on unvrz.io.
Personal data included in public comments or posts within UNVRZ’s social media channels may be removed. Any data that is shared by users via private messages sent directly to the managers of the individual channels will be processed in compliance with the applicable personal data protection legislation and in line with the information notice on UNVRZ’s website.
